Spa Etiquette
Thank you for visiting Spa Euphoria. The following information is intended to make your visit as seamless and enjoyable as possible:
Appointments – When making an appointment, please have your credit card or gift card available; we will have to hold your reservation for any service over $50. This is a standard policy created as a courtesy to our clients. Reservations are recommended for all appointments. You can call 1-705-741-4772 or 1-877-741-4772 to schedule an appointment, or you can use our Request Appointment form online.
Upon Arrival – Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes early for your appointment. This will allow time to change if necessary, complete paperwork and enjoy a beverage and a steam bath/sauna depending upon scheduled treatment.
Spa Euphoria Client Forms – If you are new to Spa Euphoria, you will most likely need to fill out a client form for our facial or body treatments, registered massage therapy, laser packages and some waxing services. A client form provides our therapists with the necessary information to complete a treatment safely and without complication. Conditions such as pregnancy (or possibility thereof), recent surgery and various other conditions can conflict with certain treatments. It is in your best interest to complete the necessary forms to the best of your ability. All information collected on a client form is strictly confidential and is only shared with the therapists who will be completing your treatment. For further information, please refer to Spa Euphoria's privacy policy set out below.
Our Staff – We cannot guarantee requests for therapists. However, we will make every attempt to honour your preferences.
Late Policy – Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. To avoid inconveniencing other clients, all treatments will end at the scheduled time.
Attire – We provide appropriate spa wear for your services and locker rooms for both men and women. Our spa protocol requires full draping of guests during body treatments and massage therapy.
Spa Amenities – We offer a spa relaxation lounge with light refreshments, use of locker rooms and sauna.
Spa Refreshments – We offer a variety of beverages and snacks to all clients. We have a wide range of teas and juices, fresh fruit and other snacks.
Age Requirements – All clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive treatments unless accompanied by an adult.
Children – Spa Euphoria is a place for you to relax and enjoy personal care. For the enjoyment and safety of you and our guests, we ask that you do not bring children into the spa area. You deserve to have time to yourself for personal care and well-being.
Valuables – Please do not bring jewelry or valuables into the spa. Many treatments require that you remove your jewelry. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Any missed appointments or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the treatment or package rate after a first warning. Arriving late may require us to cancel or reduce the length of service with full charges applied. This policy has been established to ensure that our therapists are compensated for the time they set aside for our clients and their guests ahead of other clients. Without proper notice of cancellation, Spa Euphoria will be unable to rebook these appointments with other clients. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding of this policy.
